Automotive Title Clerk (Junior Title Processor)

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, experienced automotive title clerk with the ability to process a high-volume of automotive title issues while supporting our internal team.

What That Means

You’ll be a key player. You’ll play an important part in resolving automotive title issues in all 50 states, improving our sales cycle, and working on Peddle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with our Title Specialist to procure documents and process title applications to resolve title issues
• Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to improve our knowledge base on various forms
• Be a resource for form related requests and make system updates accordingly
• Process incoming and outgoing document shipments, as needed
• Provide feedback to improve processes, resources and tools

As a Title Processor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the packages we send to interested parties to resolve title problems, and the accuracy of our applications that we submit through the DMV. On a daily basis, you’ll handle a large volume of tasks which will involve incoming mail, printing, sorting, procuring title packages, outbound shipments and internal support. You’ll be problem-solving, improving processes, improving tools, and building relationships with our Title Specialists.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of data entry, accounting, or similar experience (Automobile title processing is a plus)
• Reliable transportation to work at the office 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Well-rounded technology capability (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• High school or equivalent education
