About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing B2B SaaS Growth Leader with 4–10 years of experience in Growth, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This role is ideal for hands-on builders who have a proven track record of managing growth channels while leading a team. This position requires a strategic thinker who can operate both independently and collaboratively. You will be responsible for managing paid acquisition budgets across various channels and ensuring that our growth efforts are aligned with business objectives. Your experience in building outbound motions from scratch and optimizing inbound lead generation will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement growth strategies to drive demand and increase qualified leads.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition budgets across channels including Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and execute outbound motions from scratch, including list building, enrichment, sequences, domains, and deliverability.
  • Oversee inbound lead generation and routing processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Build or optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Measure and report on attribution metrics including qualified demos, pipeline, and closed revenue.
  • Analyze CAC and cost per qualified demo by channel, making data-driven decisions to scale or eliminate underperforming initiatives.
  • Directly manage a team of SDRs or marketers, setting weekly priorities and tracking performance.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation to build workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and performance management within the team.

    • Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in Growth, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or GTM.
  • Experience managing at least 2 direct reports while actively participating in growth channels.
  • Proven track record of owning paid acquisition budgets and driving performance across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in building outbound sales motions and optimizing inbound lead generation.
  • Ability to measure success through metrics like qualified demos, pipeline, and closed deals, rather than just impressions or MQLs.
  • Strong understanding of CAC and ability to analyze performance by channel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Make, Zapier, n8n, and Apify.
  • Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS startup environments, particularly in SMB, healthcare, dental, or vertical SaaS.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage underperformance effectively.
  • Exclusion of candidates with purely brand, content, social media, SEO-only, or agency-only backgrounds.
