📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Within the Marketing Operations team and reporting to the B2B & Trade Marketing Manager, your main mission will be to support the Project Managers in implementing trade marketing animations and activating brands across our Veepee websites and B2C platforms.
    You will work closely with the team to assist in project execution, operational coordination, and performance tracking across key business categories and countries.

    • 🎯 TASKS

  • 1. Support to Brand Marketing Activations & Animations
  • Implementation & Setup: Support Project Managers in setting up and deploying trade animations, marketing actions, and thematic campaigns on our digital platforms.
  • Operational Briefings & Coordination: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Brands, Design, CRM, Merchandising, B2B teams) to collect assets, brief teams, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Planning Support: Assist in managing campaign timelines, keeping in mind local platform specificities and international brand guidelines.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor activation results, help create performance reports, and extract insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarks to support category/brand strategies.
    • 2. Assistance in Strategic Brand Development
  • Presentation Materials: Help prepare tailored marketing presentations and pitch decks for strategic brand meetings.
  • Strategic Support: Assist Project Managers in gathering data and insights to build annual activation plans for key accounts.
    • 3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Operational Support
  • Commercial Support: Assist commercial teams across countries by providing marketing materials, campaign updates, and relevant insights.
  • CRM & Project Alignment: Coordinate with the CRM team for campaign execution (e.g., ad-hoc communications, push notifications, translation workflows).
  • Process Efficiency: Support the broader B2B & Trade team in daily operational tasks, document management, and ad-hoc marketing requests.

    • 👉 MUST HAVE skills

  • Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce dynamics.
  • Interest in Project Management and digital platforms.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); French speaking is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn internal Veepee/analytics tools (e.g., Microstrategy, Mixpanel, internal CMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactivity & Problem-Solving: Initiative-taker with an agile and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and international stakeholders.
