What you'll need
- Experience in an administrative, data or back office support role
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Accurate data entry with a careful eye for detail
- Strong written and spoken English
- A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
Nice to have
- Experience working to SLAs or daily processing targets
- Familiarity with a document management or workflow system
- Previous experience supporting a UK business
