Back Office CSR | Healthcare Claims | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on insurance claims.
• Review Provider EOBs and identify billing discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve denied claims.
• Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, payments, and denials.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
• Knowledge of processing insurance claims, including reviewing Provider EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).
• Familiar with insurance denials and the resolution process.
• Experience calling insurance companies to verify claim status and resolve billing issues.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
