Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs utilizing Python & FastAPI.
• Guarantee that APIs are secure, efficient, and thoroughly documented.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
• Design and manage structured databases to ensure data integrity, optimal performance, and scalability.
• Work closely with frontend and product teams to achieve smooth integrations.
• Research and apply cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) as preferred.
• Engage in code reviews and promote best practices for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Utilize AI-driven development tools like Windsurf, Claude, and GPT to enhance productivity.
• Take initiative in solving problems, experiment boldly, and improve processes independently without relying solely on assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Python & FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and Python-based frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and best practices in version control.
• Deep knowledge of structured databases, backend architecture, and data modeling.
• Extensive experience with secure API design and authentication/authorization methods.
• Ability to create clear, context-rich documentation for APIs and backend systems.
• Curious, self-driven, and proactive attitude — beyond merely completing assigned tasks.
• Passion for learning new technologies, experimenting, and refining workflows.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with ReactJS / NextJS.
• Familiarity with Linux and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks, caching strategies, database optimization, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks such as CrewAI and LangChain.
