Now Hiring: Entry-Level Baler / Loader
Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Baler/Loader to join our manufacturing team. Forklift experience is a plus, and there is potential for growth and promotional opportunities!

Job Duties

• Perform physical work including bending, lifting, and baling scrap material
• Unload bags of material using a resin unloading machine
• Operate a baling machine to process materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Remove trash and recyclable materials
• Cut pallets as needed
• Assist with general facility maintenance
• Perform snow removal when required
• Other duties as assign
• No computer knowledge required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Position Details

• Starting pay: $13.00/hour plus bonuses
• Flexible work schedule: 8–9 hour shifts
• 2nd shift available: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Occasional weekend work may be required
