Our client is looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join their team in Haverfordwest, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver high-quality rehabilitation programs tailored to patients' individual needs. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide support for a wide range of conditions, from musculoskeletal injuries to neurological disorders. Your expertise will guide patients through recovery, helping them improve mobility, strength, and overall function. You’ll provide education, advice, and ongoing support, empowering patients to manage their own care. With a focus on evidence-based practice, you’ll ensure that every patient receives the best possible treatment for their journey to recovery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector.
• Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, or respiratory conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Experience in providing patient education and self-management advice.
