Who are welookingfor in the team?
We are lookingfor a CustomerSuccess / KeyAccount person to joinour banking team whois not afraid to immersethemselves in theworldofourclients and helpthem use thepotentialofourprograms to thefullest. Thisis not aboutclassic support or hard sales - we are lookingfor a partner forourbankswhowillbetheirguide and reliable partner forfurthergrowth.
In order to continue to grow, weneed to not onlymaintain, but alsodeepenourrelationshipswithour partner banks. That'swhywe'relookingfor a newcolleague to helpuswiththis.
Howdoesour banking team work?
Wecollaborateacrossteams - with sales, data analysts and product. Wecommunicatewithbanksmostly online, but personalmeetingsduring business trips are just as important to us. Thanks to many yearsofexperience, wecanfocus on what has a realimpact - while not shyingawayfromfindingnew and creativeways.
Howwillyou fit in?
Youwillbethemaincontactfortheentrustedbanks, oftenthelargest on the market.
Youwill monitor and evaluatekey performance indicators (e.g. clientactivity) and helpbanksunderstand data and how to use iteffectively.
Youwilleducate, inspire and set realisticexpectations - sharebest and worstpractices.
By activelyseekingopportunities, youwillhelpexpandcooperation and bring in revenuefromupsells.
By listening and askingquestions, youwillgainvaluableinsightsthatwillhelpdevelopourproduct.
Youwillpreparepresentationsforregularmeetingswithbanksthatwill support yourefforts.
