As a Banquet Server, you’re more than just the person taking orders, you’re a key part of the guest experience and the vibe of our events. You bring genuine, warm hospitality and know how to read the room, making each guest feel relaxed, seen, and welcome. With a natural sense of rhythm, charm, and style, you help create an atmosphere that’s effortlessly cool but never pretentious. You know the menu inside out, offer real recommendations (not just the script), and work closely with the team to keep service smooth, upbeat, and memorable.

About you…

• Experience delivering attentive, professional service at events, banquets and larger gatherings.
• Confident serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to timing and guest experience.
• Able to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while adapting service style to different types of events and guests.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring tables, rooms and service areas are fully prepared and maintained throughout the event.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment, with a strong focus on coordination, timing and smooth service.

• Working in close collaboration with the kitchen and guest relations teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience

• Skilled at creating small, meaningful interactions that make guests feel welcome and cared for.

• Handling special requests, dietary needs, or guest concerns calmly and effectively.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

• This is an on-call position, meaning no hours are guaranteed.
