As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless execution of events that create lasting impressions. THE SCHEDULE:
This is an on-call position. Start times can range from 6AM to 5PM. Hours will vary based on business or event needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Review and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to prepare for upcoming events and organize team workloads accordingly.
  • Meet with group leaders and clients to confirm final details, accommodate last-minute changes, and set expectations for an outstanding experience.
  • Champion our signature SHOW service by guiding your team to deliver exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of all materials and equipment necessary for each event.
  • Oversee and account for all food, beverage, labor, and event resources to ensure accuracy and cost control.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and event reports to support operational excellence.
  • Address and resolve any guest or team member concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Communicate policies clearly to staff and ensure team compliance with all standards.
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of event spaces to verify setups and confirm that all necessary equipment is ready before guests arrive.
  • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of Banquet supervisory experience.
