Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the bar.

Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails and specialty drinks.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area.

Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and financial reports.

Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
