Top Shooters is a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar in Columbia, IL with a full kitchen and full bar. We’re hiring reliable, hardworking Barbacks to support our bartending team and keep service running smoothly.

This entry-level bar job is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and being a key behind-the-scenes player in a lively bar environment. No experience needed, we’ll train you!

What You’ll Do

• Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized
• Change and stack kegs, restock ice, beer, and liquor
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and service stations
• Assist with opening and closing duties according to company standards
• Remove trash, restock supplies, and keep service flowing
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21+
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs, stand, and move throughout shifts
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Schedule

• Base Pay: $10.00/hour + tip-out
• Average Total Pay (with tips): $15–$20/hour
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Shifts Available: Day, Evening & Weekends
