Barista - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service. Your expertise in beverage preparation will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring each visit is memorable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages
• Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the café area
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborating with team members to support daily operations

The contract is for 12 months.

Working Hours:

Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday

Salary: Up to £27,040, depending on age and experience

Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and beverage preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
