We're looking for a friendly, dependable Full-Time Barista to serve great coffee and exceptional customer service at our café inside Michigan Medicine's Brighton Specialty Center.

Position Details

• 💲 $17–$19 per hour
• 📅 Monday–Friday
• 🕖 No nights or weekends
• 🩺 Full-time position
• 📍 Michigan Medicine – Brighton Specialty Center

What You'll Do

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages
• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Stock, clean, and maintain a welcoming café
• Help with light food preparation and daily café operations

We're Looking For

• Friendly, energetic, and reliable team players
• Coffee or food service experience preferred (but we're happy to train!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
