Bartender - Aliée Istanbul

Aliée Istanbul, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented “Bartender” to craft exceptional beverage experiences for our distinguished guests.

This is more than a bar service role; it is the art of storytelling through cocktails. At Aliée, the Bartender plays a key role in shaping memorable guest moments through creativity, precision, and world-class hospitality.

As a “Bartender”, you will embody the refined spirit of Aliée by delivering innovative, elegant, and personalized beverage experiences. From crafting signature cocktails to engaging with guests and maintaining the highest service standards, you will contribute to a sophisticated and vibrant luxury atmosphere.

 

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to luxury hospitality standards
• Create and present signature cocktails with creativity and consistency
• Provide personalized and engaging service to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and manage bar stock, supplies, and inventory levels
• Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and portion control
• Collaborate closely with F&B, kitchen, and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and brand service standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end bars
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
• Creative and passionate about beverage innovation and presentation
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in service
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
