Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to standard recipes.

• Take guest orders and provide prompt and friendly service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control.

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately when required.

• Follow all hotel standards, hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.

• Maintain good knowledge of the beverage menu and daily promotions.

• Respond to guest requests professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Coordinate with the service team for smooth daily operations.

• Assist with bar opening, closing, and general housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or pub is preferred.

• Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.

• Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
