JOBSUMMARY

Bartenders create a spirit of excellence and fun and can be key in creating an indulging experience for ourguests. They must have a wide breadth of knowledge and ability to recommend items as well as ensureconsistent drink quality by preparing orders in a short period of time and in accordance with recipes andguidelines. They also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, whileprovidingsuperior guest service. \

JOBDUTIES

• Greetguestswhoapproachallbarareaimmediatelywithasmileandwarmhospitality,embodyingNiceandAmazing Service.

• DemonstratePassionandCommitmentbyrapidlyandaccuratelytakingfoodandbeverageordersandusingsellingmaximizationsforeveryguest.

• Createauniqueandamazingexperienceforguestsbypossessingfullknowledgeofbarandmenuitemsandbeingabletomake recommendations.

• Checkpatrons'identification toensurethattheymeetminimumagerequirements,21ororder,forconsumptionofalcoholicbeverages.

• Mix,garnishandservealcoholicandnon-alcoholicdrinksforserverorders,patronsofthebar,lobbyandloungefollowing standard recipes.

• Cleanasyougoincludingglasses,utensils,barequipment,andbussingtables.

• Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring thatalcoholisconsumedindesignatedareasonly,notoverservinganintoxicatedguest,anddonothesitatetoaskformanagementinterventionifnecessary.

• Setupandmaintainappropriatestocklevelsforthebar.

• KeepBarSupervisoruptodateoninventorylevels.

• Washandsanitizeallstemware.

• Processallpaymentscorrectlyandpromptlytoensuretheyhaveasmoothtransitionintothetheater.

• Navigateguestcomplaintsandassistwithrequests ordirectthemtoproperresourceifunabletoassist.

• Completeallopening,midandclosingprocedures-includingbutnotlimitedtosidework.

• Otherdutiesasassigned.

EDUCATIONAND/OREXPERIENCEANDSKILLS

• Mustbe18years orolder

• 1+yearsofbartendingexperiencewithfullbar

• ServSafeandAlcoholtrainingcertificationsrequired

• AbilitytoworkwithVistaPointofSaleSystemandperformbasicmath

• Stronginterpersonalskillsforinteractingwith employees,guests,andmanagement

• Organizedandabletoprioritizeinafastpacedandconstantlychangingenvironmentwhilemaintainingasmileandpositiveattitude

• Greatcommunicationskillswiththeabilityto handledifficultandstressfulsituationsandissuesinapositivemanner
