Bartender | Little Mez

Tucked beneath Margo’s in the heart of Queenstown, Little Mez is an intimate underground cocktail bar where the lights are low, the music is just right, and tequila and mezcal take centre stage.

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender who knows their way around a cocktail, loves good hospitality, and is just as comfortable chatting with guests at the bar as looking after them on the floor.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Shaking, stirring and pouring seriously good cocktails.
• Moving between the bar and floor to deliver great service from start to finish.
• Getting to know our premium tequila and mezcal range and sharing that knowledge with guests.
• Keeping the bar organised, stocked and ready for service.
• Working closely with the team to keep things flowing on busy nights.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid cocktail and bartending experience.
• Confidence, personality and genuine guest engagement.
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, intimate bar environment.
• An interest in premium spirits. Agave knowledge is a bonus, but we can teach you.
• A reliable team player who brings a great attitude to every shift.
