POSITION SUMMARY:A batch operation (non-continuous) production line that independently, mixes and milling raw and semi-finished materialtogether in tubular form for processing via extrusion, expansion and packaging for end product and consumer use, Team lead is alsoRESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNING DEPARTMENTAL DUTIESDURING THE SHIFT, MEET PRODUCTION SCHEDULE; COORDINATE BREAK SCHEUDLES AND TROUBLESHOOT DEPARTMENT ISSUES ON SHIFT AND RELIEVE PEOPLE AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN LINE PRODUCTION.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS:
Operate various machinery such asmills,extruder, ovens, etc.safely
Ensure accuracy of formulations and weighments
Ensure internal and external specifications are met
Package product frominitialphase to completedend product
Understand and implement the weekly schedule and the24 hourplan
Frequent quality checks of material (visual checks, AIMS, QMS,etc)
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Must be able to read,writeand understand instructions and customer specifications. Must have or be capable of SDS Awareness.
EXPERIENCE:
Highschool diploma or equivalent.A minimum of one year of experience withinArmacellis highly preferred. Must be able to stand and/or walkfor extended periods of time.
