BDC Dealership Agent (On-site)

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries, setting appointments, and supporting dealership operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a BDC role or similar customer service/appointment-setting position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural communication
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
