  • Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and room delivery
  • Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
  • Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams
  • Support guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming
  • Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
  • Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A creative, practical and proactive approach to problem solving

  • Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and shareholders

Additional Information

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
