We are looking for the Sales Manager Beverage Flavours m/f/d. This role involves managing strategic accounts, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to customers and meet revenue targets.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement regional/global sales strategies for target markets.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts in the Flavor industry.

  • Analyze sales performance data and adjust plans to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; MBA – an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or Food Ingredients.
  • Experience with beverages would be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; other languages – a plus.
