Job Purpose
Are you passionate about using technology to solve real life problems? We are looking for a BI and Digital solutions developer to join the Projects and Innovation team at The Brand House. This role will focus on building and delivering practical digital tools that improve the way we work and help our teams make better use of data and technology.
What You'll Be Doing
Digital Transformation & Projects
- Participate in transformation initiatives (requirements gathering, testing, training, documentation).
- Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
BI, Data & Analytics
- Analyse and model business data to drive better decision-making.
- Extract, transform, and load data from SQL and other sources.
- Build insightful Power BI dashboards for business users.
Development & Automation
- Develop internal tools and automations using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, chatbots) or traditional coding.
- Conduct testing, training, and provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
ERP & System Support
- Assist in maintaining and improving the organisation’s ERP systems.
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in development, BI, analytics, digital transformation, or similar roles.
- Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and technologies.
- Preferably familiar with Power BI, with an interest in deepening BI and data modelling skills.
- Strong communication skills; able to work with both technical stakeholders and business teams.
- A problem-solver who enjoys building tools that make work easier and more efficient.
