Learning & Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Learning & Development Executive to shape and deliver impactful learning initiatives across our organisation.

This is not a traditional training role. You will play a key part in building capability, driving performance, and supporting business growth across a fast-paced environment covering retail, operations, and support functions.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities
• Design and deliver high-impact learning solutions that drive performance
• Lead the execution of the annual training plan aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate engaging training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, and digital)
• Track and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their business impact
• Manage relationships with external training providers
• Ensure alignment with the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) and optimise training grant utilisation
• Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building

About you

• A degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or HR
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• A commercial mindset with the ability to link learning to business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational ability
