Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative English/Spanish

Job Overview

Farmers Insurance District 04 is growing and seeking a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in insurance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families and business owners, can build trust in the community, and is interested in developing toward future agency leadership opportunities.



You will work with an established Farmers agency, receive sales and product training, and learn how insurance agencies grow through service, referrals, marketing, and consistent follow-up.

Insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people matter just as much.

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand insurance options for auto, home, life, business, and related products

• Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and build referral relationships

• Support Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients with professionalism and care

• Participate in training, licensing support, and sales coaching

• Learn agency systems, customer service, retention, and local marketing

• Work toward measurable sales and activity goals

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Property & Casualty license required (Or we can guide you to getting licensed)

• Life & Health license a plus

• Sales, customer service, banking, mortgage, real estate, or insurance background helpful

• Strong phone, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

• Professional, coachable, and community-minded

• Interest in long-term growth within the insurance industry

Compensation

Base compensation plus commission opportunity. Licensing support and advancement opportunities may be available for qualified candidates. (Once licensed)
