Key Responsibilities

• Site Protection & Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of facilities, inspect access points, and monitor surveillance systems to safeguard personnel, visitors, and property.
• Access Control & Incident Response: Manage entry points, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, investigate suspicious activity, and direct traffic when required.
• Policy Enforcement & Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs, write detailed incident reports, and ensure compliance with site regulations and legal standards.
• Facility Support: Report maintenance or safety hazards and perform basic preventive checks on security equipment.
• Customer Service: Act as a welcoming, professional presence while assisting visitors and staff.

Requirements

• Licensing: Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required).
• Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Transportation & Communication: Valid Florida Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for site communication and reporting.
• Skills & Experience:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for writing clear, accurate reports.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal communication.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
