Ce Que Nous Recherchons?:

  • Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) – requis

  • 18 ansou plus, avec un diplôme d’étudessecondairesouéquivalent

  • Expérienceen service à la clientèle (un atout)

  • Capacité à restercalme et professionnel(le) sous pression

  • Disponible pour travailler un jour de fin de semaine par semaineouune fin de semaine sur deux, ainsique les joursfériés

  • Capacité à suivre et réussir la formation rémunérée de 3 semaines

  • Engagement minimal de 6 mois

  • Vérification du casierjudiciaireréussie

  • Résider au Canada et êtrelégalementautorisé(e) à y travailler

What you'lldo :

  • Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally in stressful situations

  • Dispatch the proper authorities , verify that help is on the way

  • Document all responses accurately for the signals

  • Learn and utilize multiple software systems efficiently

  • Participate in training and development , for professional growth.

What We're Looking for ? :

  • Must be fluent in French and English, spoken and written (Required)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Calm ,reliable, and professional in a fast-paced environment with high-pressure situations

  • willing to work weekends and holidays

  • Must able to pass a background check

  • Able to pass three week training class

  • Experience in customer service is preferred

  • Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work.
