Billing Analyst

GroupM is WPP's consolidated media investment management operation, serving as the parent company to agencies including Maxus, MEC, MediaCom, Mindshare, Catalyst and Xaxis. Our primary purpose is to maximize the performance of WPP's media communications agencies on behalf of our clients, our stakeholders and our people by operating as a parent and collaborator in performance-enhancing activities such as trading, content creation, digital, finance, proprietary tool development and other business-critical capabilities. The agencies that comprise GroupM are all global operations in their own right with leading market positions.

Entry level position available working within the billing department, requesting billing for all agencies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and SFS Client Finance to:

• Request media and production billing for all agencies

• Sort billing

• Transferring Interco-billing to share drive

• Run unbilled reports ( Accent, Writer)

• Verify billing requests

• Dealing with billing issues

• Work with SFS Client Finance on billing related issues

• Audits

• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required

• Working knowledge of
  DDS/Mediaocean would be an asset

• Shift flexibility with the
  ability to work over-time on an emergency basis

• Detail oriented

• Basic Excel knowledge

• Proven ability to work well in
  a fast paced environment

Education and Experience:

Post-secondary education required
