Billing Analyst

• Validation of requested billing adjustments.
• Resolve discrepancies on invoices by using critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Assist the B2C and billing teams in MEC activities.
• Ensure in-scope billing activities are supported on a daily basis.
• Provide good customer service through verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• ADVANCED ENGLISH
• At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing or collections experience.
• Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.
• Oracle (desirable)
