Billing Assistant Representative

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Billing Assistant Representative, who will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end billing process for healthcare provider visits. You will work closely with both providers and administrative staff to ensure timely and compliant claim submissions, while maintaining meticulous records and supporting documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately entering billing information into the billing system
• Creating, reviewing, and processing patient encounter forms for provider visits
• Verifying patient demographics, insurance coverage, and eligibility
• Reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance prior to claim submission
• Submitting claims in a timely manner and assisting with claim tracking
• Maintaining accurate billing records and supporting documentation
• Identifying and reporting billing discrepancies or missing information
• Collaborating with providers and administrative staff to obtain corrections
• Supporting workflow improvements to reduce billing errors

Requirements

• Proficiency performing high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Basic proficiency using computer systems for administrative or data-entry work
• English proficiency at C1 Advanced level or higher
• Valid authorization or work permit to work in the Dominican Republic
