Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards for data center projects.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM into project workflows.

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models and digital representations of data center facilities.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM software.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.

• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.

• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of BIM strategies.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM implementation.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM engineering or a similar role.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

• Strong understanding of data center design and construction processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM.
