Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Data Administration (PDA)
• Oversee transactional backend processing, performing data entry into the SAP system for employees’ personal details.
• Manage data entry for employee movements such as new hires, transfers, terminations, and other related changes.

Time & Attendance (T&A)
• Monitor transactional backend processing of employees’ leave and overtime data.
• Work with Excel sheets and perform data entry into the SAP system.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Supervise transactional backend activities, including data analysis and maintenance in Workday and SAP systems for employee compensation packages.
• Handle data analysis and maintenance related to incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, bonuses, and more.

Payroll Administration
• Review payroll data entry in third-party payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

HR Administration
• Ensure employee expenses are validated and reviewed according to company policy, and perform postings within defined SLAs.
• Oversee the team in handling employee queries and creating tickets within SLA to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Agency, HR Shared Services, or a similar role, including experience supporting HR functions for the North Amerika/ Canada region is required.
• Experience with Workday and/or SAP systems is an added advantage, not essential.
• Willingness to work night shifts (10PM - 7:30AM), with shift additional allowances provided.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
