BIM Modeler / Junior Engineer – Entry-Level | Training Provided

 

Our company is a Texas-based engineering startup specializing in BIM Solutions and Digital Engineering Services for advanced manufacturing facilities.

We support large-scale semiconductor and high-tech construction projects throughout Texas and provide professional engineering services for projects involving global clients.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Engineer / BIM Modeler who is interested in starting or developing a career in BIM / VDC Engineering.

Previous BIM experience is not required for entry-level candidates. Candidates with a strong interest in Engineering Design, BIM Technology, and Construction Technology who are motivated to learn are encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates may participate in a complimentary training program prior to employment, which may include Revit MEP, BIM Modeling, Navisworks Coordination, and Clash Detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models
• Support BIM modeling using Revit MEP
• Perform BIM Coordination and Clash Detection
• Participate in project coordination meetings
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Teams
• Support BIM/VDC activities throughout project execution
• Assist with BIM-related documentation and project requirements

Work Conditions & Benefits

• 6-day workweek, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• One Saturday off per month
• Salaried position with compensation structured to include applicable overtime
• Lunch provided through the on-site cafeteria
• 10 days of leave every four months

 

 

Qualifications

General Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Korean language proficiency required
• Must be able to meet applicable job-site access requirements, including required background screening
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn

Entry-Level Candidates

• Degree or educational background in Engineering or a related field preferred, OR
• Strong computer skills and spatial reasoning abilities
• Previous BIM experience is not required
• Willingness and ability to learn Revit, Navisworks, and BIM/VDC technologies

Experienced Candidates

• Previous design/modeling experience using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Candidates with various levels of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
