BIM Modeler / Junior Engineer – Entry-Level | Training Provided

Location: Austin / Taylor, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday Schedule: One Saturday off per month
Salary: $62,000 – $68,000/year, DOE
Language: Korean Required

Our company is a Texas-based engineering startup specializing in BIM Solutions and Digital Engineering Services for advanced manufacturing facilities.

We support large-scale semiconductor and high-tech construction projects throughout Texas and provide professional engineering services for projects involving global clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer / BIM Modeler who is interested in starting or developing a career in BIM / VDC Engineering.

Previous BIM experience is not required. Candidates with an interest in Engineering Design, BIM Technology, Construction Technology, or related technical fields who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Selected candidates may participate in a complimentary training program prior to employment, which may include:

• Revit MEP
• BIM Modeling
• Navisworks Coordination
• Clash Detection

 

• Develop, update, and maintain BIM models
• Support BIM modeling using Revit MEP
• Perform BIM Coordination and Clash Detection
• Participate in project coordination meetings
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Teams
• Support BIM/VDC activities throughout project execution
• Assist with BIM-related documentation and project requirements

Qualifications

 

• Strong interest in BIM, VDC, Engineering Design, or Construction Technology
• Interest in building a career in U.S. engineering and construction projects
• Willingness to learn Revit, Navisworks, and BIM technologies
• Ability to learn new technical software and processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Korean language skills required
