Key Responsibilities of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses
• Design and Oversee function-based behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support behavior-analytic services
• Train and mentor staff and caregivers in ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary partners
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer and company
  standards
