We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Long Island, NY. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise, mentor, and support paraprofessionals and behavior staff
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis
  • Modify programming based on clinical data and treatment outcomes
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support to promote generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
