What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
