Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS.com) is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in the Bronx. What You’ll Do:

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and support behavior staff and paraprofessionals
• Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical analysis
• Adjust programming based on treatment outcomes and client needs
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
• Deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services


Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
