Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end board design activities for complex electronic products.

  • Define hardware architectures and technical specifications.

  • Design high-speed digital and mixed-signal boards, including processor-, FPGA-, memory-, and interface-based systems.

  • Perform component selection, schematic capture, simulations, and design reviews.

  • Support PCB layout activities, including signal integrity, power integrity, thermal considerations, EMI/EMC compliance, and mechanical constraints.

  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, verification plans, and design reports.

  • Support production transfer and ongoing manufacturing activities.

  • Work with external vendors, subcontractors, and manufacturing partners where required.

Requirements

Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (MSc advantage).

  • 3+ years of board-level hardware design experience

  • Strong experience with digital board design, including processors, memory interfaces, FPGA-based systems, and high-speed communication interfaces.

  • Knowledge of analogue circuit design, power supplies, DC/DC converters, ADCs, amplifiers, and signal conditioning.

  • Experience with system integration, board bring-up, troubleshooting, and debugging.

  • Familiarity with multilayer PCB design considerations, signal integrity, power integrity, noise reduction, and EMI/EMC principles.

  • Experience preparing technical specifications, design documents, and engineering reports.

  • Proficiency with schematic design and development tools.

  • Strong hands-on laboratory skills and experience with standard test equipment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
