Your Role

We are looking for aBookkeeperto support the company’s ongoing accounting and financial operations.

This role focuses onroutine bookkeeping tasks, accurate data entry, and regular follow-up of financial records.
The position is hands-on and operational, with clearly defined responsibilities, and works in coordination with external accountants and internal stakeholders.

The role reports to theGeneral Managerand works in coordination with theZone finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and postingclient invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

• Recording and processingsupplier invoices

• Monitoring and preparingsupplier payments

• Performingbank entries and bank reconciliations

• Maintainingaccounts receivable and accounts payablefollow-ups

• Supportingmonthly closingprocesses (data preparation and checks)

• Assisting withVAT reportsand documentation, in coordination with external accountants

• Maintaining organized accounting records and supportingaudit preparation

• Working with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate financial data
