קליטת ובדיקת חשבוניות ספקים

ביצוע התאמות ספקים וניהול כרטיסי הנהלת חשבונות

הכנת תשלומים לספקים בארץ ובחו"ל

עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות הרכש, התפעול והפיננסים

השתתפות בתהליכי סגירת חודש, רבעון ושנה

הפקת דוחות וביצוע בקרות פיננסיות

שמירה על דיוק ועמידה בנהלים ובבקרות הפיננסיות של החברה

מה אנחנו מחפשים

✔️ תעודת הנהלת חשבונות סוג 2 (או מקבילה) – חובה

✔️ ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בתחום הנהלת חשבונות ספקים

✔️ שליטה מצוינת ב-Excel

✔️ ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP – יתרון

✔️ אנגלית ברמה טובה – יתרון

Accounts Payable Specialist – Wolt Market

What you'll be doing

As part of the Wolt Market Finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Accounts Payable function. You'll work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams while supporting both local and international suppliers.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

• Process and verify vendor invoices.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare payments to local and international suppliers.
• Work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Generate financial reports and perform internal financial controls.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.

Our humble expectations

• ✔️ Bookkeeping Certificate (Level 2 or equivalent) – required.
• ✔️ At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• ✔️ Strong Excel skills.
• ✔️ Experience working with ERP systems – an advantage.
• ✔️ Good English skills – an advantage.
• ✔️ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• ✔️ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• ✔️ Previous experience in the retail or food industry is a strong advantage.
