About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in ** property management accounting** and hands-on knowledge of ** QuickBooks** and ** Rent Manager **.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ** Accounts Receivable (AR)**.

- Conduct **bank and credit card reconciliations **.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in **bookkeeping **, preferably in property management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
