Work content and requirements:

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist the diversified marketing department of institutions in channel expansion, maintenance and channel work of the head office to undertake in the territory;

2. Responsible for multi-channel annual, quarterly and monthly target formulation, decomposition and achievement supervision with the preliminary institutions;

3. Responsible for the planning, implementation and tracking of multi channel marketing activities of institutions;

4. Responsible for the formulation, publicity, promotion and realization management of multi channel competition plans of institutions;

5. Responsible for the organization and activities of internal and external meetings through multiple channels;

6. Assist the person in charge of multiple channels of the institution to formulate cost control and cost use compliance management;

7. Timely report violations or potential risks found in the process of work, including compliance management under some expenses, and put forward corrective or improvement suggestions;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior supervisors.

Conditions of employment:

Knowledge/skills/Education

1. Good communication skills, and certain reading and writing skills in Chinese and English;

2. Skilled application of office software; Familiar with the use of new media tools and software;

3. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, if finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management and other related majors are preferred;

4. No less than four years of experience in insurance related industries
