Business Rules Configuration Management (BRCM)Ability to understand the business rules and transforming them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the application

∙Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment

∙Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge

∙Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG

∙Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms

∙Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice

∙Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testing
