Branch and Marketing - Bank

Join Octal Philippines Inc. as a Branch and Marketing professional, where you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our bank branches while driving marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition and retention. Your role will involve overseeing branch staff, ensuring operational efficiency, complying with company policies, and executing marketing strategies tailored to meet the needs of local markets.

Working closely with various teams, you will develop and implement campaigns to promote banking products and services, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth. You will also be involved in analyzing branch performance and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry.
• Open to candidates with extensive experience in branch banking operations.
• Experience in fieldwork, new client acquisition, and client management is required.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; preference will be given to candidates with an active client portfolio in the designated areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Must be mobile and willing to be assigned to Pasig, Dasmariñas, and Trece Martires.
• The position is composed of 2 roles. Real estate mortgage (REM) loan officer and branch manager focused on deposit generation. Normally for small banks this is a bundled position.
