Branch Sales Supervisor

The Branch Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the branch sales team, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing daily branch operations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the daily activities of the branch sales team.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain product availability.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to management.
• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
