The Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across all digital channels. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that enhance storytelling, strengthen campaigns, and maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, on-brand visuals for social media (carousels, ad creatives, Reels covers, graphics).
  • Create and refine brand assets that elevate messaging and storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain design templates in Canva and ** Adobe Creative Suite** for team use.
  • Design visuals for HubSpot campaigns, including email banners and landing page graphics.
  • Adapt designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ** TikTok **.
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines (tone, typography, color palette, hierarchy).
  • Organize and deliver final assets in proper formats (**JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF **) with clear file naming.
  • Collaborate via ClickUp, Google Drive, OneDrive, and ** Slack** to manage deliverables and feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for social media or digital marketing.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and brand-aligned designs.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Excellent command of **Canva **, including brand kit and template management.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign visuals and email templates.

  • Strong eye for composition, typography, spacing, and detail.

  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

  • (Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or short-form video using ** After Effects or CapCut.**
