Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with aerial and underground communications design.
• Experience with telecommunications engineering and related systems (Broadband Access including FTTH, Cable and DSL).
• Comprehensive access vendor and standards body experience (e.g. Broadband Forum, ITU, IEEE).

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working in a telecommunications or internet service provider environment.
• Experience in carrier OSS and BSS systems architecture and products.
• Comfort with operating in a fasted-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
