Broker Referral Program - Madrid

Dear All,

As part of our growth strategy, we are launching a referral program to support the expansion of our broker population.

We are looking for:
• Mid to senior brokers
• Strong track record and client relationships

• Madrid office based

Your network is one of our strongest assets. If you know high-quality brokers who could be a fit, we encourage you to refer them.

Incentive:
• EUR 10,000
• 50% on joining
• 50% after successful completion of probation

Referrals must be external candidates not already in process. Please submit profiles via BambooHR. We will ensure a fast turnaround on all submissions.

This incentive is available for Broker who hire outside of their desk or Support staff only. Employees with direct involvement in hiring are not eligible (BD, Head of office…).
